Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Legal Identity and Verification

Every affiliate and every referred customer must be either a legally registered company, partnership, organization, or other legal entity, or a real, verified individual who is legally capable of entering a binding contract and is using Brixi for a legitimate business or professional purpose. Fictitious persons, unverifiable identities, shell entities, entities created primarily to obtain commission, and accounts using false, borrowed, or misleading registration details are not eligible.

Brixi may require identity, business registration, tax, beneficial ownership, address, bank, or other verification documents before approving an affiliate, accepting a referral, or releasing commission. Failure to provide or verify requested information makes the affiliate or referral ineligible.

No Brand Keyword Bidding

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running paid ads on Brixi brand keywords, misspellings, or variations.

Correct Brand Representation

Affiliates must use approved Brixi messaging and assets. Misleading or incorrect claims are not allowed.

Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws, platform policies (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), and Brixi's marketing guidelines.

Fair Use

Spamming, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, fake redirects, bots, automated or fabricated leads, masked referrer data, purchased leads, stolen payment methods, or unauthorized promotions are prohibited. Affiliates must not manipulate tracking, customer identity, account ownership, subscription status, or payment data.

Valid Referral and Attribution

A valid referral must be a legitimate, verifiable legal entity or verified individual business user that is a new prospective customer with a genuine business use case. The prospect must not already be a Brixi customer, active trial, recorded opportunity, active sales conversation, or previously submitted referral when Brixi receives the introduction. Brixi's CRM, affiliate, billing, and payment records control attribution. A transaction can generate only one affiliate commission or referral reward.

Commission Eligibility

Approved affiliates earn 20% commission on eligible subscription revenue successfully collected by Brixi from a qualified referred customer during months 1–12 after that customer becomes a paying customer. The commission rate increases to 25% for months 13–18. No commission is payable on free trials, failed or unpaid charges, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or cancelled subscriptions. Commission stops when the customer stops paying.

45-Day Validation and Payouts

Commission is not earned or payable immediately when a customer pays. Each customer payment remains pending for 45 calendar days from the date Brixi successfully receives and settles that payment. Commission becomes eligible only after the 45-day period ends without a cancellation, refund, chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, failed settlement, or fraud concern.

Eligible commission is included in the next applicable monthly payout cycle after the 45-day validation period and once the affiliate's payable balance reaches $50. This validation period applies separately to every recurring customer payment. Payouts are made only by bank transfer through Brixi's payment partner.

If revenue is refunded, charged back, disputed, reversed, or later found to be ineligible after commission has been credited or paid, Brixi may cancel the commission, offset it against future payouts, place the affiliate balance on hold, or require repayment of the corresponding amount.

Fraud Review and Enforcement

Brixi may review referral history, customer identity, ownership, traffic, tracking data, payment information, subscription behavior, and related records to verify program compliance. During a review, Brixi may suspend attribution, extend a validation hold, pause payouts, or request supporting information from the affiliate.

If Brixi reasonably determines that a referral or transaction involves self-referral, a referral loop, collusion, manipulation, false information, payment fraud, or any attempt to violate the intent of the program, the referral earns no commission. Brixi may cancel or recover related commission, terminate all connected affiliate accounts immediately, and permanently block the participants from the program.

Termination

Brixi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account if these terms are violated or fraud is reasonably suspected. When an affiliate is terminated for self-referral, referral loops, collusion, payment fraud, tracking manipulation, or other cause, pending and unpaid commission connected to the violation may be forfeited. Termination does not prevent Brixi from reversing ineligible commission or recovering amounts already paid.
